About 20 minutes after my lemon water it's time for the next morning routine according to Medical Medium - my daily sellerijuice. :-)
4.7 dl celery juice on an empty stomach.
It has definitely been a big help to my recovery, if not crucial.
I don't want to be without it even now that I'm feeling better because it continues to help me every day in making sure I continue to feel good.
All you need to make celery juice is 1 bunch of celery stalks and a juicer.
Cut off the top and bottom and any leaves from the celery. Rinse the stalks. Run them through a juice machine. Strain out any fibers that remain. Drink!
Wait 15-20 minutes and have a fat-free breakfast. (This will give your body a chance to continue cleansing until lunch).
Try to get hold of thick, bright celery stalks with not too many leaves. They taste better than the thin dark green ones with lots of leaves, as these can be a bit bitter.
In summer, unfortunately, thin ones are usually the ones tha´s available (in Sweden). The most important thing about drinking celery juice is to do it every day. Making it a part of your daily routine is a good start to get better health.
