Viruses and No Foods

When you've been to the doctor and been diagnosed with a chronic or autoimmune disease - like I was, hypothyroidism before I got well, the doctor often says that the body is attacking itself.
That's not true.
The body is attacking a virus that has burrowed into various organs, in my case EBV - Epstein-Barr virus that has burrowed into the thyroid gland.
It's easy to pick up new viruses. For example, you can get them from your family, a new partner, by touching a door handle at work and then scratching your eye. You can get them from sitting on a public toilet or visiting a restaurant if the chef cuts himself, even if he has a band aid on his finger or if one or more sweatdrops from his forehead accidentally fall into your food, and in alots of other ways.
With that said, you shouldn't be afraid to live, you can clear the viruses out of your body before they cause problems or after you've already become ill.
There are many different viruses and many mutations. When viruses enter the body, the body tries to protect itself from them. The body destroys some but viruses try to hide in the body's organs such as the liver, thyroid gland and central nervous system. There it feeds on foods it likes such as heavy metals, eggs, dairy products and gluten, etc., without being detected by the body's immune system.
What research and science do not know is that viruses actually eat and go to the "toilet". They are living organisms and need to eat, just like us, to survive.
The best way to get healthy from these viruses is to remove their food that they like and starve them out and add food that they hate that will simultaneously help destroy them and make you healthy.
Foods that the viruses like and problematic foods for health (so-called "No foods" - i.e. foods that you should ideally remove as much as possible from your diet) are:
Eggs (the virus' favourite food)
Dairy products
Cheese
Hormones in food
Fatty foods
Alcohol
Vinegar
Caffeine
Excessive consumption of salt
Gluten
Corn
Rapeseed oil, Palm oil, Corn oil, etc.
Pork.
Soy
Lamb
Fish and seafood (with the exception of wild-caught Atlantic salmon, trout and sardines).
Vinegar
Fermented food
Grains (except millet and oats)
Yeast
Natural and artificial flavourings
Nutritional yeast
Citric acid
Aspartame
Other artificial sweeteners
Sodium glutamate E620-625
Formaldehyde
Preservatives
It is good to remove fish and seafood because they contain high levels of heavy metals from our oceans, such as tuna contains a lot of mercury that viruses love.
When you eat these foods above, the viruses get happy and eat and have a party. Then they have to go to the "toilet". What comes out is toxic to our bodies (and super toxic if they ate heavy metals).
If they go to the "toilet" on nerves that are in the body, it creates inflammation in the body with pain and aches as a result. If they go to the "toilet" in other places it creates other symptoms often with aches and pains.
If you want to get rid of it, you have to get rid of the viruses. They can cause a lot of trouble in the body with many different symptoms depending on what viruses you have, where in the body they are, what heavy metals do you have in your body and wich of them they like the most.
So what to eat?
The viruses hate fruit and vegetables and cannot feed on them. Instead, it kills the viruses.
So you can eat as many bananas, apples, pears, oranges, papayas and any fruit or vegetable as you like. Try to avoid GMOs - genetically modified organisms.
You can also eat beef (preferably organic), oatmeal, wild-caught salmon, trout, sardines, plant milk without additives (I make my own oat or almond milk - it's easy.) etc.
There are a lot of good and tasty recipes in the Medical Medium books for different kinds of foods you can eat. Plus there are a lot of good recipes if you google online
The sad thing is that you can't buy bread in the store. It all contains gluten and/or additives. And the gluten-free contains corn and additives.
But there are a lot of good and tasty recipes like I said online that you can bake yourself.
Or you can do what my son and I do. We make oatmeal out of gluten-free oatmeal in the morning. With that we have blueberries and a jam that I make from raspberries, water and potato flour. On top of the oatmeal I drizzle nutritious honey for sweetness. For this we have a cold oat milk that I mixed together, about 5-10% oatmeal and the rest water (you can add a little salt and/or honey if you want too). Tasty, filling and fat free.
A fat free morning means your body has more of a chance to clear out more junk that shouldn't be in your body. It continues to cleanse from the night until you eat something with fat, then the cleanse for the day is over and it has to take care of the fat instead.
I myself have stopped eating these "No Foods" above and gone vegan.
But for those of you who are not vegan, there are alternatives such as beef, trout, etc.
By stopping eating these foods, adding the morning routine of lemon water and celery juice and the occasional heavy metal detox smoothie, I was able to cut down on the medication, the virus died and I feel much better.
I still eat like this because it's easy to pick up new viruses again plus I probably have some left in my liver that feed on heavy metals. I also want to create an inhospitable environment in my body for the viruses so they don't breed again. I want to stay healthy and feel good.
In the beginning it is difficult with food. It feels like you have to take everything away.
But everything works out. I improvised with chickpeas - you can make patties , veggieburgers and "meat" balls with good vegetables in them, green and red lentils as good casseroles, tacos, pasta sauces and lasagnes - also with good vegetables in them.
I googled online - found good banana bread, gluten free bread/hamburger buns etc to bake myself.
But it was a big change.
You have to make everything yourself from scratch. There is not much ready-made food.
But it's ok. It's much healthier for your body and then you know what you're putting in to it.
Also, I lost a lot of weight as I got healthy/got rid of viruses, cleared old medications out of my body and ate food that was good for my body.
Win-win.
Those who are underweight don't need to worry - the body regulates itself based on what it needs.
But clearing out toxins and viruses - the body absolutely needs that to function well!
